Our Beginner Program wrestling sessions are designed for athletes in grades K-5 and/or athletes with less than 2 years of experience to teach “The Basics” of wrestling and promote them into our Youth Program. No previous wrestling experience is required.

Our students will be trained by certified coaches with proven experience. We run a highly structured and disciplined room with active coaching.

Wrestlers need to bring their own wrestling shoes and wear athletic clothing (headgear, t-shirts, shorts).
